Matium Minute Vol 2. - The Race to Orlando

Welcome Ross Chastain!

We are proud to welcome 8th generation watermelon farmer and NASCAR Cup Series driver, Ross Chastain, to the Matium family. Ross will joins Matium’s advisory board bringing insights into the agriculture community, given his involvement in one of the largest watermelon distributors in the USA, and a NASCAR marketing presence for the company. Matium is focused on solving the plastics and paper markets first, but will utilize Ross’ experience and networks to better understand the agriculture markets as the company moves along its roadmap.

With this announcement, Matium also secures a marketing partnership with Ross Chastain, bringing visibility, entertainment value, and a large B2B network within the sport of NASCAR. The NASCAR garage has already been an incredible channel to meet hard working folks in the supply chain who also love to go fast!

We are excited to have Ross on the team and happy to announce the Race to Orlando Sweepstakes. All companies with a public Matium profile (new or existing) will be entered into the drawing to win 4 VIP tickets to an upcoming NASCAR Cup Series race (selected by availability of winner and host) along with a meet and greet with Ross Chastain. Companies can gain additional entries to the drawing by adding more users. Users must have at least one sign-in within the 30 days leading up to the drawing. The drawing will happen on the final day of NPE - May 10th, 2024.

Matium in Texas

The Matium team had a great trip to Texas where we were able to host some current Network members at a NASCAR race in Austin before heading over to Dallas for the Plastic Recycling Conference.

At the show, we were able to meet with many Network members as well as connect with new companies. It was great to have insightful conversations and discuss the state of the industry. Matium here is to help everyone connect and grow!
